We’re on a Brew Day for Russian River Blind Pig IPA!

First thingssss —->> What a beer! OMG. It’s off the charts!!

A deep citrus and hop, full bodied, yellow IPA with a good white head that stays with you down the glass. It’s like a torrent of goodness in a glass!

I got some haze on it, which could be from hop haze or proteins that drop at low temps.

An exceptional beer. Couldn’t stop drinking it!

Beer Rating = 10/10 OMG

Brew Difficulty = 9/10 (lot of work and care needed)
